RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Libertall. Since we only ship to the United States, our return and refund policies below apply only to customers in the United States. If you have any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Return Policy
We currently offer returns within 30 days on most items.
Except for defective or incorrect orders, you are responsible for all expenses related to the return.
All returns are subject to a flat $8 mail-in fee within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
If it has been more than 30 days since you received the item(s), or if the product has been damaged by you, we will not accept the return or exchange.
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for returns to be processed. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated. Depending on your payment method, it may take 3 to 5 business days (or longer) for the refund to appear.
If you return items after 30 days from delivery, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Free returns apply only to defective or incorrect products. For all other situations, you are responsible for return expenses, including shipping fees. There are no processing fees for returns.
Final Sale Products
No returns will be accepted outside of our 24-hour order cancellation window.
Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. Libertall reserves the right to limit service if customers exhibit excessive return activity.
Are final sale items eligible for your 30-day trial?
No, final sale items are not eligible for the 30-day trial. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Charges
For returns not caused by defective or incorrect products, you are responsible for all return expenses, including shipping fees.
You may arrange return shipping yourself or request a shipping label from us. If you request a shipping label, the shipping cost will be $8, deducted from your refund.
How to Return
Contact us → Request follow-up → Reply with shipping option (you) → Repack package & send back (you) → Package received & processed → Refund issued
- To request a return, please email us with your order number. For online requests, include your email for faster communication.
- Our team will contact you via support@libertall.com to assist with the process. Responses typically take about 2 business days; please check your spam folder if you do not receive a reply.
- You can handle return shipping yourself or request a shipping label from us.
- Repack the item(s) in original packaging, attach the shipping label (if provided), and hand it to the carrier.
- We will process your return upon receipt of the package.
- Once the return is completed, a refund will be issued, and you will be notified via email.
Returns by Mail

Refund Policy
For wrong or defective products caused by our company, we will refund using the same payment method you used for the order, including delivery costs, without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from receipt of returned items or verification of return by other means. Partial returns will not include shipping or tax refunds.
